Head over Heels takes an unusual approach at trying to depict two versions of a narrative within the same film. Almost like consequences or maybe inspired by Run Lola Run the film explores how events can influence our lives. Head over Heels is produced by Paisley Randell when she was a student at Great Torrington College. Having written and storyboarded the film, Paisley directed the location shooting in Exeter. She organised her own actors and crew and supervised the post production editing at the dMEC. Her friends were responsible for the music.

Paisley was supported throughout the process from page to screen by a series of professional advisers, who included the dMEC, Jon Seal (St Peter's High School), and the Exeter University Creative writing team.
