Videoconferencing

Videoconferencing in the Classroom

This good practice guide, written by Tim Arnold, Steve Cayley and Mike Griffith, was first published by the DfES in 2002. It was revised and republished in 2004. You can download both versions here. The first edition contains 10 video conferencing case studies from the original DfES Videoconferencing in the Classroom Project. The second edition includes a section of video conferencing starter activites and ideas for video conferencing across the curriculum.

If you’d like a printed copy, they are free to teachers, but there’s a £5 handling charge. Email our publications department to order a copy - Vera Anderson
