Alexander, Ellie, Faith and Ashley from St Mary’s all enjoyed the videoconference. The Roman Soldier was one of the most popular parts of the session and the children saw lots of practical benefits in videoconferencing.

Edward, Oliver, Rhian, and Lydia from Plumpton found the experience pretty nerve racking. Some of the nerves were caused by the fact that the videoconference was also being filmed for this case study, but videoconferencing CAN be scary for younger children until they get used to it.

The Plumpton children all learnt a lot, too, despite their nerves, and their comments are testimony to the engaging qualities of videoconferencing.
