CS - an Introduction |
Adobe Photoshop CS is the industry standard image editing software.
Throughout this hands-on course participants will be able to use
this program to create images.

This course is for the person
who has little or no experience using Adobe Photoshop, and who
needs to learn the basic skills that are necessary in order to
begin to use this program effectively.

- Using tools, palettes, and the work area
- Resolution and re-sampling
- Straightening and rotating an image
- Basic image correction and retouching
- Image file formats
- Saving images in different ways
- Making selections
- Editing selected areas
- Working with layers
- Blend modes and other layer palette options
- Layer styles
- Working with history
- Painting tools
- Using erasers to
remove backgrounds

All courses run at the digital Media Education Centre from 9.30 - 15.30
Please note that the full fee will be charged
